Caffeinate Your Content: Weekly 1:1 Writing Power Hours

Put a double shot of WOW into your writing

Caffeinate your Content ☕ is a weekly 1:1 content creation programme that helps entrepreneurs and founders grow their business and audience with content that resonates.

(No one has yet got too wired during these coffee sessions, but never say never…)

Does this make sense?

Oooh! What if you said it like this...

How do I get people to open this email?

Let's give it some zing!

Smart entrepreneurs know that a writing partner will help them achieve their content goals.
Successful entrepreneurs act on that knowledge.

Confidence;

Second-guessing your writing? No more of that.

Clarity:

Unsure if your messaging stands out from competitors?

It will. You will be memorable.

Coffee:

Will there actually be coffee?

You be your ass there will be.

Most content creation training is aimed at Beginners.
You? You are not a beginner.

Beginners get the resources, the prompts, the templates.

The cohorts. The courses. The workshops.

Meanwhile, you, who's been at it a few years...

potentially bootstrapped...

100% time strapped...

You have no content resources to help you scale.

So, you reach a content plateau

The content plateau is when your growth stagnates because your content production slows down. And, just like you, it needs shot of POW!

I feel like I keep going back to the same stuff I've already talked about. I wish I had a writing partner that I could bounce ideas off - You

I want to come up with fresh new topics, that align with my voice and my brand - and write in a way that SPARKS - Also you

The content plateau happens to everyone.

But you can dose it with a shot (double, anyone?) of caffeinated BOOYAA-ness and get it peaking again.

Brain already flipping at the thought of your Content double espresso?

How Content Caffeinating Works

Step 1. Prepare your cup (and your brain)

Any damn good cup of coffee needs preparation.

So, you bring the beans (that's the base - any content you want to work on)...

LinkedIn posts. An email project you’ve been trying to figure out forever. Or a landing page you want to optimise.

It doesn’t matter where you start because we can switch up styles and mediums anytime.

Double-shot caffeination:

Time = saved

Money = saved

Brain power = saved

Content = Sparky as espresso on crack

Step 2. Brew those beans (We create our own safe coffee-guzzling space on zoom and we get to work)

giphy (16).gif

We grab hold of our coffee and our keyboards and start making changes together.

Our brains fizz, pop and make magic on things like the “big idea”, storytelling, your authority, your audience, and the words you choose.

I make changes, then you sit with them and see how they feel. And vice versa.

We infuse our minds, and your content, with double shots of delicious words, you then me, back and forth until you’re happy with what we've created.

Step 3. You hit publish! And we keep creating.

Each session has the same structure — you bring content or ideas, we drink coffee, and we caffeinate!

Maybe we're filter coffee one week (the serious stuff).

Maybe it's a cappuccino week (where we get frothy and light).

Perhaps we throw in a shot of caramel syrup at the end of the month and play with humour.

We can tackle as many mediums as you like (LinkedIn, your podcast, your newsletter).

You decide what we spend our time on.

But know this:

Each month you'll save time, energy, and you'll know that you're putting the best content out into the world that you possibly can.

I might arrive to our session wearing these, in which case it is ON like DONKEY KONG.

Step 4. Bonus takeaway coffee
(You get access to me on WhatsApp Voice Note so that you can bounce ideas off me while you're writing)

If weekly coffee sessions aren’t enough time, you can have access to me on WhatsApp.

Got a question about something you're writing? Pop me a voice note.

Have an idea for a hook and you want to see if it works? Send me a message.

Can’t decide if a topic is worth writing about? I gotcha.

Whatever’s keeping you stuck — send it on over and we'll get brewing.

Let's be real here. You can't control how anyone reacts to your  writing. But that's what you want: to make your audience feel something; think differently. You want your writing to inspire action.

The most you can ever do is influence, which requires you to transform your thoughts into words that jump off the page. That isn't easy.

A think-out-loud, caffeine-loving partner who reshapes your writing to fit your goal is priceless.

This is a unique opportunity to:
Refine ideas and content through expert feedback and collaboration; and
Overcome creative blocks, enhance the quality of your writing work, and gain new perspectives...

And even if you're a top tier writer, you'll get a flippen' good workout.

Meet your coffee-loving, content-inspiring partner

Ever wonder "who edits the editor?" Yup. That'd be me.

Hey, I'm Ashleigh!

I’m a previous copy and content editor at an in-house agency, editing the words of Emirates Airlines, L'Oréal, and Adidas. I've written content for Microsoft and General Electric. And I recently founded The Story Team, a business that helps solopreneurs & founders write copy that converts audiences into customers and clients.

I've posted thousands of times on social media, and I've edited millions of words (from blogs to emails to social posts to sales pages

 and Facebook ads).

After I arrived in London, Covid hit, and I lost the job I had. So, I trained as a careworker and did private care work, while I built my business, between shifts, from my car. Within nine months I left the care work job and went full-time with my business.

All with the content I wrote. Because content is your business's biggest asset.

Now, I want to help you, the thriving business owner, thrive even more. By producing more of what you're producing, in less time, so you can use it more strategically to reach your goals.

You want to grow your authority more

Influence more people

Attract more of your ideal customers

And, yes, earn more money

Seasoned solopreneurs & founders (like you, hello!) need help overcoming the content plateau — because it sucks there. It's lonely. And it's kinda inevitable after writing for a really long time.

The people I work with write A LOT. Some have large swipe file & idea files to pull from, so the blank page doesn't scare them. That doesn't mean that some days aren't a slog. I'm their partner on those days.

They feel like they keep going back to the same stuff they've already talked about. They want new, fresh ideas that are still in alignment with their core topics.

They feel burdened by ALL of the content they have to create (and/or review) - especially if they create pillar content, like podcasts.

They're stretched by time (oh, hello, I feeeeeel you).

They want to write for their business, because their business is part of who they are. They don't want to outsource the writing. But they know that an expert's brain is the best gift they can give themselves.

And they're acutely aware that while ChatGPT can help with ideas, it's not capable of writing in a way that speaks to their audience. Because their audiences are human, with hearts and souls and emotions - and ChatGPT knows none of these things.

Maybe you're just not feeling creative. Or you're burned out. Maybe you're too close to a project and need a new pair of eyes (and a new brain). Maybe you want to update an old piece of writing, or start a new one, get to grips with a new medium, or maybe you just crave a person you can collab with.

Whatever it is, I know that co-creating with someone who is damned good at writing (that's me) is the best way to put the spark back into your content.

You don't have to feel stuck anymore with thoughts of 'will this work? Is this any good? How do I say this?'

You don't have to write alone.
